Wes Bates is a seasoned professional in process optimization and financial analysis with a diverse range of experience. Currently serving as a Process Optimization Specialist at HEUBEL SHAW since February 2022, Wes previously held roles at Toyota Material Handling, including Dealer Development Analyst and Financial Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed financial consolidation, M&A support, and executive reporting. At Toyota Industries Corporation, Wes enhanced communication between North American and Japanese executives and improved project monitoring processes.
