Clément Werbrouck has worked in various culinary roles throughout their career. In 2013, they completed an internship at CesArts Événements, specifically assisting with post-festival organization, website development, and participant contact for FIGRA 2014. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Commis de Cuisine at Vegan Gorilla. Clément then joined brEAThe restaurant as a Sous-chef from 2019 to 2021 before being promoted to the position of Chef Exécutif until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Culinary for France & Benelux at Heura Foods.
