Petr Martinák

Petr Martinák has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Petr is currently working as a Coach and Mentor Manager at Kouč Petr Martinák since 2021. Petr is responsible for coaching and mentoring individuals with a focus on personal development, as well as building stable teams across key areas of the product.

Prior to this, Petr worked as the Technology Head of Tribe at Heureka Group starting in 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading the technology department and implementing strategies within the company.

From 2020 to 2023, Petr served as the Head of Engineering at Smartsupp, where they were responsible for the transformation of the development team working on the SaaS product. Petr also provided mentorship in architecture, AWS, and DevOps techniques, and played a crucial role in building performance metrics for the engineering team.
