Abhijit Kale

Abhijit Kale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in scientific research and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Grant Review Coordinator at Hevolution Foundation since April 2024, Abhijit previously held the role of Senior Project Reviewer at VitaDAO, where expertise was provided in due diligence and market trend analysis related to Aging Research. Prior experiences include Senior Application Scientist at LevitasBio, contributing to product development and customer engagement, and Research and Development Scientist at Deciduous Therapeutics, focusing on preclinical drug discovery. Abhijit began a robust career as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, leading investigations on aging biomarkers, and has a strong academic foundation with a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, complemented by a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
