Emma Gibson

Emma Gibson, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Projects at Vitality UK since May 2017, with prior roles including Senior HR Operations Manager. At Hewden, where Emma has been since January 2013, positions held include HR Manager, People Support Manager, HR Associate, and HR Administrator. Emma's expertise encompasses business partnering with senior leaders and trade unions, executing organizational change programs, and providing tailored solutions for complex HR issues. Emma holds a BA in Business Management from Leeds Beckett University, a degree in Human Resource Management from CIPD, and completed Leadership and Development through ILM.
