Ben Mannion

Ben Mannion is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as the Owner and Director of Hewett Recruitment since September 2009. In this role, Ben develops and implements innovative business strategies, collaborating with clients across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and the West Midlands to craft effective recruitment solutions. Previously, Ben held positions as Branch Manager and Head of IT & Engineering, focusing on strategic market identification, and as Senior Consultant, establishing a dedicated IT & Engineering Division. Prior to joining Hewett Recruitment, Ben was a Senior Consultant at Monarch Recruitment Ltd, specializing in Web and Software Developer recruitment. Ben holds a BA (Hons) MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and completed earlier education at the Royal Grammar School in Worcester.
