Chris Anderson

Chris Anderson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Chris started their career in 1995 as a Research Engineer at J.A. Jones Power Delivery, where they conducted research, experiments, and developed software for the Electric Power Research Institute. In 1997, they joined Netsuite Development Corp as a Senior Software Engineer and quickly became the lead for the back-end, making significant improvements to the system's scalability and performance. In 1999, they joined Gold Wire Technology as a Principal Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in addressing key challenges and developing a policy engine for managing router and switch configurations. From 2005 to 2017, Chris worked at Camiant/Tekelec/Oracle as a Principal Software Engineer, where they served as the technical lead and architect, focusing on high availability, database replication, system observability, and more. In 2017, they joined athenahealth as an Architect/Product Owner, responsible for pre-production infrastructure and reducing time spent on repetitive tasks. Currently, Chris is working as a Principal Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Simplivity division, where they are addressing the lack of intermediate tests in the storage group.

Chris Anderson attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1993, where they pursued studies in Electrical Engineering.
