Dhirendra Ojha has a strong background in the IT industry, with extensive experience in customer success, strategy, engineering, and support consulting. Dhirendra started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technology Services, where they quickly rose to leadership positions and successfully managed multiple projects. Dhirendra then joined SAP Labs India as a Senior Support Consultant, where they provided training and acted as an SME for global SAP teams. Later, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Strategist and Engineering Lead, where they achieved significant cost savings, released automated life-cycle services, and executed growth and expansion initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Customer Success Architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they have focused on customer engagement, strategic alignment, and value-based outcomes for customer digital transformation.
Dhirendra Ojha graduated from the Kurukshetra University with a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering in the years 1999-2003. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1987 to 1999. Dhirendra has also obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in 2022 and the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 4 from SuccessHACKER in 2023. Additionally, they hold certifications from Skillsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and SUSE.
