Sailesh Menezes

Sailesh Menezes is an experienced human resources leader with a focus on the Asia Pacific and Japan regions, currently serving as Vice President and Regional HR Leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior roles include Vice President and Head of Human Resources for India Geography, as well as Senior Director of Human Resources for India Geography. Sailesh has also held key positions at Wipro Technologies, including General Manager of Human Resources and Manager of Strategic Resourcing, and at IBM India as a Management Executive in Human Resources. Additionally, Sailesh serves on the Board of Governors at the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resources and Finance from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from St. Joseph's University.
