Vandana Bhagtani

Vandana Bhagtani currently serves as Sr Director of Talent Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on integrated talent management strategies. Previously, Vandana held key leadership roles at Visa as Director of Technical Talent Management, overseeing global growth initiatives, and at Expanse Inc. as Sr. Manager of People, advising senior leadership on various HR matters. Vandana's earlier experience includes directing learning and organizational development at Epicor Software, leading global leadership initiatives at Polycom, and managing programs at Red Hat. Vandana is also a former Vice President of Marketing for the ASTD Research Triangle Chapter and has experience in advertising roles. Educational achievements include a Master's in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Advertising from North Carolina State University and H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, respectively.
