Tony Zana

Tony Zana, Hexagon’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, joined Hexagon in 2008. His prior roles within the company include Hexagon’s Deputy General Counsel, as well as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Intergraph. Prior to joining Hexagon, Zana advised technology companies on M&A, intellectual property, and litigation while in private practice with the law firm of Maynard, Cooper & Gale. He also served in a government role as law clerk to a federal judge. Zana holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
