Anupriya Awasthi has a diverse work experience in human resources. Anupriya is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Capgemini since October 2021.

Prior to that, Anupriya worked at CARE from April 2017 to September 2021 as the Manager of HR and OD (Pan India). In this role, they were responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development, and learning and development. Anupriya implemented a standard recruitment process, managed the recruitment cycle, and maintained effective vendor management.

Before joining CARE, Anupriya worked at Spicejet Limited from June 2015 to February 2017 as the Manager of Human Resources (Corporate) and OD. Anupriya conducted organizational surveys, implemented activities driving organizational change, and conducted competency mapping for the company.
