Kumar Rishi Kant

Kumar Rishi Kant has worked in the Human Resources field since 2010. Kumar began their career at NIIT Technologies Limited as an HR Manager, then an Assistant Manager, and finally as an HR -. In 2020, they moved to EVC LABS Pvt. Ltd. as a Specialist- Talent Management. In 2021, they joined Veative Labs as a Manager- Human Resources. Currently, they are working at Hexaview Technologies Inc. as a Manager- HRBP.

Kumar Rishi Kant has a diverse education history. Kumar is currently a Research Scholar at ICFAI University Jharkhand, studying Human Resources Management from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ICFAI University from 2008 to 2010, specializing in HR. Kumar also obtained a Post Graduate Certificate course in Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service in 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Chemistry Hons degree from St. Xavier's College.
