Pashmina Mulchandani has worked in various roles since 2019. Pashmina began their career at Telex Advertisement as a Business Analyst. In 2019, they moved to V-Trans (India) Ltd, where they worked as a Business Analyst and was successful in bringing down the bounce rate of the email Ids from 72% to zero. In 2020, they worked as a Trade and Strategic Capabilities Analyst at General Mills and as a Business Analyst at Decimal Point Analytics. In 2021, they worked as an Internship Trainee at Diebold Nixdorf and as a Business Intelligence Specialist at BYJU'S. Currently, they are working as an Application Engineer and an Associate Application Engineer (Data) at Hexaview Technologies Inc.

Pashmina Mulchandani completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from VESIM - Vivekanand Institute of Management Studies and Research from 2014 to 2018. Pashmina then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institute from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they completed a PG course in Data Science from UPES with a focus on Business Administration.
