Ambika Dhyani

Ambika Dhyani is an experienced HR professional with over two decades in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Hexaware Technologies since July 2020, Ambika leads the talent acquisition efforts for Hexaware Business Process Services. Prior to this role, Ambika held various positions at Firstsource, including General Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment across domestic and international businesses. Ambika's previous experience also includes managerial roles in talent acquisition at Genpact Software Services and Wipro BPO, as well as early career positions focused on HR functions and recruitment at Hughes Software Systems and Dusk Valley Technologies. Ambika holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and HR from Bharati Vidyapeeth and completed XIIth in Commerce at Marshalls School.
