Swaroop Biswas

Swaroop Biswas is an experienced design leader with a robust background in user experience and creative design. Currently serving as the Head of Experience Design at Hexaware Technologies since February 2016, Swaroop heads the Central UX Competency. Previous roles include Head of UX & Creative at People Tech Group Inc., where Swaroop led a profit center providing comprehensive UX services, and Lead of Experience Design at Think Design. Swaroop’s entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the founding of RedCup Interactive Designs Private Limited, focusing on e-learning and communication design solutions. Additionally, Swaroop has held significant positions at companies such as Tata Interactive Systems, Jasubhai Digital Media, and Zee Learn. Swaroop holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University and multiple Fine Arts degrees from prestigious institutions.
