Christopher Schaper

Christopher Schaper has had an extensive career in supply chain and procurement. Their most recent role was Vice President of Global Sourcing and Supplier Quality at Hexcel Corporation, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at LANXESS (formerly Chemtura Corporation) from 2013 to 2021, where they held various roles including Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Director of Procurement Americas. Before LANXESS, Christopher was with Solutia Inc., a subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company, from 2004 to 2013. In Solutia, they held positions such as Director of Procurement Operations Americas and Procurement Operations Manager. Christopher began their career at United Technologies in 2003 as a Senior Financial Analyst and earlier at Monsanto/Solutia Inc. as a Supply Chain Analyst/Buyer from 1997 to 2003.

Christopher Schaper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Truman State University in 2001. Christopher then obtained an MBA from Western New England University in 2007.
