Ken Bunkowski

Ken Bunkowski has extensive experience in various leadership roles throughout their career. Ken started their career at Formica Corporation in 1981 as a Production Manager, and later moved on to become the R&D Director. During their time at Formica, they introduced new laminate products and reduced manufacturing costs. In 1986, they joined American Cyanamid as the Operations Manager for the Acrylic Fiber Division, where they led significant restructuring efforts resulting in improved profitability. Ken later became President of Glendale Protective Technologies, Inc., overseeing overall P&L responsibility and successfully restructuring operations for cost savings. Ken then worked at Cytec as the Plant Manager for the Acrylic Fibers Division, before joining Metals Recycling Technologies, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Ken developed business plans, commercialized technologies, and managed investor and customer relations. Finally, Ken joined Hexcel Corporation, where they held various positions including Plant Manager, Site Manager, Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Global Operations Technology & Capacity Expansion. In this current role, they are responsible for managing global expansion projects and successfully brought online major expansions in precursor, carbon fiber, and prepreg. Throughout their career, Ken has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving growth and profitability in various industries.

Ken Bunkowski has a High Honors Degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
