Ardhito P. Nugraha

Ardhito P. Nugraha has extensive work experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QSHE) management systems compliance and development. Ardhito started their career in 2014 at PT Prathama Sarana Rekabaja as a Quality Management System Staff, where they ensured the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of quality management processes. Ardhito also handled ISO 9001 document controlling, conducted internal audits, and coordinated with certification bodies.

In 2017, Ardhito joined PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk as a QSHE Staff & Document Controller. Ardhito developed, implemented, and evaluated management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 45001, and SMK3 PP 50/2012. Ardhito also prepared and supported internal audits for the QSHE management system.

In 2019, Ardhito was promoted to QSHE Mng. System Compliance Senior Staff & Document Controller at PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Ardhito continued their responsibilities in system development and implementation, as well as supporting department programs and data reporting for the Balance Score Card/KPI.

Currently, Ardhito holds the role of QSHE Mng. System Compliance Section Head at PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Ardhito'smain responsibilities include ensuring compliance with various management system clauses, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 PP 50/2012, and SMKP Minerba. Additionally, they ensure the completeness and timely submission of the department's Balance Score Card/KPI.

Ardhito P. Nugraha obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' from 2011 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the certification for Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in February 2022. Ardhito also holds the certification for Integrated Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Internal Audit from SGS, which they obtained in June 2019. Additionally, they are certified as Ahli K3 Umum, acquired from the Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia in July 2020.
