M. Afiq Fauzan has work experience in two companies. In 2019, they worked at Telkom Indonesia as a Unit Access and Service Operation (ASO) in the Witel Riau Daratan area. Their responsibilities included monitoring customer data, documenting issues, and coordinating with the technical team to resolve problems. M. Afiq was also responsible for measuring speed and checking engineered data using the Embassy app.
In 2022, they joined PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk as a Branch Sales Administration Staff. M. Afiq was responsible for managing and monitoring the sales process for multiple branches, including Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Pangkal Pinang, Palembang, Tarakan, Sampit, and Balikpapan.

These certifications were obtained from various institutions such as PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk, PT. NARADA KATIGA INDONESIA, and PT Mutiara Mutu Sertifikasi between 2021 and 2022.
