Brian Kirland

Brian Kirland has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Brian is currently the VP Strategic Accounts - Insurance Carriers at Hexure since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked at SuranceBay, where they held the position of Senior Director of Sales & Marketing from February 2017 to January 2024, and National Account Manager from July 2016 to February 2017. Brian also served as the Agency & Carrier Accounts Manager at Laser App Software from July 2014 to July 2016.

Before their time at SuranceBay and Laser App Software, Brian worked at Xtiva Financial Systems, serving in various roles. Brian was a Senior Production Support Specialist from August 2011 to April 2014, Director of Client Services from September 2007 to August 2011, Senior Relationship Manager from January 2004 to September 2007, Project Manager from September 2001 to January 2004, and Client Service Analyst from July 1999 to September 2001.

Brian's earlier experience includes working as a Portofolio Manager's Assistant at NWQ Investment Management Company from 1997 to 1999. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong expertise in sales, account management, client services, relationship-building, and strategic planning.

Brian Kirland received their Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Mary's College of California in 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from Mater Dei High School in 1993.
