Danielle McGrath has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Danielle started their career as a Student Assistant and Social Media Intern at Texas Tech University, where they played a key role in establishing the university's social media presence. Danielle then worked as a Public Relations and Internet Coordinator at Student Life Inc., managing events and maintaining the company's website.

Danielle later joined Interfaith, a non-profit agency, as an Intake Counselor, where they provided assistance to clients in need. Danielle then moved on to The Navigators, where they held various roles including Staff and Donor Support Specialist, Service Desk Coordinator, Client Solutions Specialist, and Project Manager. In these roles, they managed web-based projects, coordinated IT service requests, and served as a liaison between the IT department and product administrators.

Their most recent experience was at Hexure, where they had a successful tenure as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Project Manager. Danielle managed high-profile clients and complex projects, and was responsible for improving business operations through strategic initiatives. Danielle also led the building of the Production Support Team, achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and SLA success rates.

Danielle McGrath completed their Associate's Degree in General studies at the College of Central Florida from 2004 to 2006. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Texas Tech University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Psychology.
