Darren Cade

Darren Cade has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Darren is currently serving as the Non-Exec Director at Uncorked Wines Pty Ltd since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Risk, Compliance & Operations at Kit starting from January 2023.

Before joining Kit, Darren was the Chief Executive Officer at Arctic Intelligence from October 2020 to July 2022. Darren also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Arctic Intelligence from January 2017 to September 2020.

Darren's previous role was as the Chief Operating Officer at AML Accelerate from January 2017 to September 2020.

Darren has had notable experiences working at Macquarie Group as a Divisional Director from May 2011 to December 2016 and as an Operational Risk & Compliance Director from May 2006 to October 2011.

Darren started their career at Deloitte Australia as an Enterprise Risk Services Director from 2004 to 2006. Darren also worked at Deloitte as an Enterprise Risk Services Manager from 2000 to September 2003.

Prior to Deloitte, Darren gained experience at Ernst & Young in Risk Services from August 1997 to December 1999.

Darren'scareer began at Union Bank of Switzerland and UBS as a Student from 1996 to 1997.

Darren Cade completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2021. Prior to that, they studied at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 1998 to 2000 and at Brunel University London from 1993 to 1997.
