Ben Chatfield

Ben Chatfield began their work experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Selby Jennings from September 2010 to October 2011. Ben then worked as a Consultant at Alexander Black Recruitment from October 2011 to May 2013, specializing in digital and creative roles. After that, Ben became a Senior eCommerce Consultant at Next Ventures from May 2013 to June 2016. Ben then held a position as Head of Recruitment (Contract) at City Pantry from June 2016 to December 2016, where they focused on hiring for various key roles and implementing new processes. Ben then worked as Recruitment & Talent (Contract) at Hambro Perks from November 2016 to January 2017. Finally, they co-founded Tempo in January 2017 and currently serves as the company's CEO, leading the transformation of the hiring experience.
