Elodie Raoult Rivetta

Elodie RAOULT RIVETTA is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as DRH at Heytens since April 2023 and as a Consultante RH at ERH CONSEIL since December 2022, Elodie specializes in HR strategy and organization. Previous roles include serving as a conseiller prud’homal at CPH Mantes La Jolie from January 2018 to August 2022, where expertise was applied in employer representation within the industrial section, and as Directrice des ressources humaines at Riva Group from June 2006 to March 2022, overseeing HR for 1,500 employees across multiple production and tertiary sites. Elodie holds a DESS in Relations du travail from Faculté Jean-Monnet at Université Paris-Sud and a Maitrise de droit social from CY Cergy Paris Université, complemented by a recent certification in metallurgy.
