Ravindar Krishnappa

Ravindar (Ravi) Krishnappa has a strong background in supply chain and operations management. Ravindar (Ravi) currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations Excellence at HF Foods Group Inc, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Blue Bird Corporation from September 2020 to November 2022. From 2019 to 2020, Ravindar worked as the Vice President of Operations at Manitou Americas, Inc., where they were responsible for transforming global operations, implementing new operating systems, and modernizing operations.

Before joining Manitou Americas, Ravindar worked as the President of SANSAI Consultants from July 2018 to January 2019. In this role, they developed sourcing and operational strategies for a newly acquired business and led implementation efforts.

Ravindar also has extensive experience at Cummins Inc., where they held various leadership positions. Ravindar (Ravi) served as the Executive Director of Global Operations & Supply Chain from 2014 to 2017, leading 14 manufacturing plants and 5 master distribution centers across multiple continents. During their time at Cummins, Ravindar successfully executed key initiatives to meet operational KPIs, optimize the global footprint, and drive continuous improvement.

Additionally, Ravindar has experience in strategic planning, organization design, and business integration. Ravindar (Ravi) has a strong track record of delivering cost savings, improving product quality, and driving operational efficiency.

Ravindar (Ravi) Krishnappa has obtained an Executive MBA in General Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from RV College Of Engineering. Ravindar (Ravi) also holds additional certifications in Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn and Six Sigma Green Belt from Cummins Inc.
