Caitlin McLean

Caitlin McLean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles. Currently serving as PA to the CEO at HFD Group since September 2023, Caitlin previously held multiple positions at Ascensos from November 2017 to September 2023, including Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Bid Management. Prior experience includes serving as PA to the CEO at Solutions Driven and various roles at Barratt Developments plc, such as PA to the Sales & Marketing Director, Marketing Executive, and Sales Administrator. Caitlin holds a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Strathclyde and completed secondary education at Stonelaw High School from 2001 to 2007.
