Forest Carlisle

Forest Carlisle has a diverse work experience in software engineering and leadership positions. Forest is currently working as the VP of Engineering at HG Insights since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of VP Technology at Softvision from March 2018 to January 2021. During their time at Softvision, they also served as a Guild Master/Solutions Architect and Client Partner/Account Manager. Before Softvision, Forest was the VP of Engineering at Lesson Planet from September 2011 to October 2014, where they played a crucial role in expanding the Engineering Organization. Forest also worked at Kaseya as Director of Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineer, and at CA (Computer Associates) in various roles, including Director of Development, Manager of Development, and Senior Software Engineer. Forest's career started as a Software Engineer at Miramar Systems.

Forest Carlisle obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Computer Science from Westmont College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they obtained certification in "Google Cloud Platform for Solution Architects" from Cloud Academy, Inc. in November 2018. Forest also completed training for the "Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Exam Preparation" at Cloud Academy, Inc. in October 2018.
