Kale Seis

Kale Seis is a data analytics professional with extensive experience in various roles related to business intelligence and data engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Analytics at HG Insights since April 2022, Kale previously held positions at Optum, including Data Engineer and Senior Business Intelligence Developer. Prior experience includes work at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where Kale advanced from Information Technology Financial Analyst to Business Intelligence Developer II. Early career experience includes an account management role at OSSDS. Kale holds a Master of Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the same institution, along with a degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University.
