Mike Brogan

Mike Brogan is an accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in various finance roles. At Hg, from February 2011 to June 2024, Mike served as Head Of Finance Operations, overseeing transactional and strategic finance functions while linking these areas with broader business teams. Prior roles at Hg included Head of Finance, managing a team of 17 across all finance areas, and Fund Controller, responsible for fund accounting and reporting processes. Prior to Hg, Mike worked at Man Investments as a Valuations Manager and spent an 8-month secondment in the Fund Financing Team. Mike's career began at Smith & Williamson, where an audit senior role involved leading audit teams and completing accountancy training. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths and Economics from the University of Nottingham.
