Chief Inspector at H&H

Hasan Fahmi has extensive work experience in infrastructure and construction projects. Hasan began their career as a CEO and Director at Perma Construct Ltd, where they completed various projects including cement factories, power generation plants, textile mills, and high-rise buildings. Hasan then worked as a Project Manager at ServiceCorp Canada, where they managed and maintained commercial and residential properties. Hasan later joined Seabreeze General Construction Inc. and ELQ Industries Inc. as a Project Manager. In these roles, they oversaw projects and managed subcontractors and suppliers. Hasan also worked at Afridi Associates as a Resident Engineer/Senior Inspector, completing projects such as major repairs to the Tappan Zee Bridge and repairs of NYSDOT overhead sign structures. At M&J Engineering and Afridi Associates Consulting Engineers, they served as a Senior Inspector, working on NYS DOT projects for roadway wearing surfaces and ensuring construction compliance. At Hardesty & Hanover, LLC, Hasan is currently working as a Chief Inspector on various projects such as LIE (I-495) Safety Improvements and the resurfacing of Northern State Parkway. Throughout their career, they have prioritized safety, adherence to contract specifications, and client satisfaction.

Hasan Fahmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology. Prior to attending NED University, they completed their Pre-Engineering education at Forman Christian College. Hasan'searlier education includes Senior Cambridge from Aitchison College, which is affiliated with the University of Cambridge in the UK.

In addition to their formal education, Hasan has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Hasan is a Certified Engineering Technologist, accredited by the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT). Hasan has also earned certifications such as Certified in Coatings - Level 1 from NACE International, ACI Field Concrete Testing from the American Concrete Institute, Construction Fall Protection - OSHA 1926 Subpart M from Compliance Training Online®, and OSHA 30 hours - Outreach Training for the Construction Industry from the OSHA Safety Training Institute.
