Joshua Smith

Joshua Smith, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joshua is currently working as the Director of Sales at HHHunt Homes since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Sales Manager at Red Door Homes of the Carolinas, LLC from November 2021 to September 2022. Joshua also gained extensive experience at D.R. Horton, where they held the positions of Sales Manager from April 2018 to November 2021 and Real Estate Agent from June 2015 to April 2018. Joshua briefly worked as a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. for a few months in 2017. Earlier in their career, Joshua held management positions at DICK'S Sporting Goods, buybuy BABY, Target, and CVS Caremark Corporation. Joshua started their career at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom as an Account Executive/Area Supervisor.

Joshua Smith, MBA studied at Moravian University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management. Later, they pursued their higher education at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the NC Real Estate Commission.
