Steve Fritz

Stephen Fritz has had an extensive work experience in the homebuilding industry. Stephen is currently the COO at HHHunt since January 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of President at HHHunt Homes, starting in March 2017. Stephen also served as the Division Manager for the Raleigh NC division from April 2015 to March 2017. Before joining HHHunt Homes, Stephen worked at Ryland Homes as the Division President for Washington DC from September 2009 to January 2015. Stephen also worked at Centex Homes as the Division President for the Northeast region from 2007 to October 2009, and at K. Hovnanian Homes as the Regional President from 2005 to 2007. Stephen's early career includes various roles at Centex Homes, including Vice President Operations for the DC Metro region, Division Manager for Virginia, and Vice President of Land and Strategic Marketing.

Stephen Fritz attended the University of Maryland from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
