Michael Dishman

Michael Dishman is an experienced professional in transportation and safety management, currently serving as the Transportation Manager at Hi-Crush since November 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at Pumpco Energy Services, Inc., including DOT Manager and HSEQ / Training Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed occupational health, safety, and environmental quality, as well as various instructor roles for driving, crane operations, and first aid. Michael's background also includes experience as a firefighter with the Ata-Bexar County Line Volunteer Fire Department and Graford Volunteer Fire/EMS, telecommunications operator with the Vernon and Jacksboro Police Departments, and correctional officer with Corrections Corporation of America. Michael holds a degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Texas A&M University, earned between 2013 and 2014.
