Stefanie Bishop

Stefanie Bishop is the Head of People at Hi Marley and has a passion for the employee experience. Stefanie was the 7th employee at Hi Marley and strives to nurture the same employee experience and culture that drew her in at such an early stage. A culture of humility, fun, excellence, integrity, individuality and team-first mentality. In addition to talent acquisition, Stefanie also focuses on employee engagement & culture, learning & development, and benefits administration.

Prior to Hi Marley, Stefanie spent 16+ years at WinterWyman and MathWorks gaining unparalleled experience in recruiting, while also establishing herself as a mentor and role model to those around her.

Stefanie holds her BS degree from Merrimack College in Business Management. Outside of Hi Marley, you can either find her on the beaches of RI with her husband and 2 young girls, training for a road race, or riding her beloved Peloton.
