Mohamed Rabie began their work experience in 1997 as a QA Director at Novartis. Mohamed then worked as a General Manager at KSPICO from 2004 to 2005, where they upgraded and overhauled the facility and promoted a new business approach. Following this, they served as Deputy CEO at Nile Co. from 2005 to 2006, where they assisted the CEO and management team in achieving company objectives and improving operating processes. From 2006 to 2011, Rabie worked at VACSERA as Chairman & CEO, leading 5 affiliated companies with over 4000 personnel and an annual turnover of more than $100 million each. Mohamed chaired the merger of two companies and developed a best practice teamwork-based culture. After that, Rabie was the CEO of Deltapharma from 2011 to 2013. Currently, they serve as the Chairman of Hi Pharm, starting in 2021.
From 2009 to 2011, Mohamed Rabie pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Cairo University.
