Rod Sheldrake

Rod Sheldrake has extensive experience in technical sales and business development, currently serving as a Technical Sales representative at Hi-Tech Seals Inc. since January 2017. Previously, Rod held the position of Senior Account Manager at Opsens Inc., where responsibilities included developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs. With a strong background at Baker Hughes, Rod held multiple roles including Sales Director for Drill Bits, where leadership in creating marketing strategies and managing customer relations was key, as well as Operations Director overseeing drill bit operations across Canada. Rod's earlier experience also includes district management roles and technical marketing, emphasizing employee development and customer satisfaction. Educationally, Rod earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
