Phil Janson

Phil Janson has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and production management. At Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc., Phil served as Vice President of Manufacturing before retiring as President on December 31, 2021, a position held since January 1996. Prior to that role, Phil worked at GE Aircraft Engine Services from May 1984 to December 1995 as Manager of Production and Inventory Control. Phil Janson holds an ASCET and BSMET in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where education was completed between 1972 and 1982.
