Joshua Blakley

Joshua Blakley has extensive experience in construction and project management, currently serving as Heavy Civil Superintendent and Heavy Civil Project Engineer at Hi-Way Paving, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Construction Inspector at the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority from June 2019 to April 2023 and held similar positions at Sigma Engineering Solutions and Wood. Joshua's career began as a Construction Materials Technician at Geosciences Design Group LLC and TTL, Inc. Joshua earned an Associate of Science degree in Geology from Volunteer State Community College, completing studies from 2003 to 2006.
