Nils Gerdes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Manager for Hiab's Light and Medium Loader Crane division since February 2022, Nils has successfully led numerous product launch initiatives and marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Nils spent over a decade at Michelin in several positions, culminating as Brand Manager B2B, where responsibilities included creating Go-to-Market plans for heavy tire product lines. Additional roles included Strategy Manager, Pricing Manager, and Commercial Excellence Manager, showcasing a diverse skill set in market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales efficiency. Nils co-founded Paperton, a leading platform for digital magazine sales in Sweden, and held sales and marketing roles at Paulig Group and served as a Research Coordinator at Linköping University. Nils holds a Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing & Finance from Linköping University and has furthered education through an Erasmus program in Marketing and Languages.
