Jessica Reese

Jessica Reese serves as the Chief Institutional Development Officer at HIAS since July 2016, leading and enhancing institutional fundraising efforts to support strategic growth and sustainability. Jessica has held multiple leadership roles within HIAS, including Vice President of Institutional Development and Associate Vice President of Institutional Development and Strategy, demonstrating expertise in cultivating partnerships and developing proposals for institutional donors. Prior to joining HIAS, Jessica worked as an independent consultant and held various positions at the International Rescue Committee, focusing on program development, monitoring, evaluation, and grant management. Jessica's educational background includes a Master's degree in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with further executive education from notable institutions such as Harvard Business School and Georgetown University.
