Brian Bollerman

Brian Bollerman is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at HiBob since December 2024, Brian previously held the position of Engineering Manager at ZenBusiness from October 2023 to December 2024. Prior to that, Brian worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Software Engineering Manager and Technical Lead from August 2020 to October 2023, and at Ultimate Software in various roles including Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer from September 2015 to August 2020. Brian began the career at Ultimate Software as an intern in software engineering in 2014. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 2011 and 2015.
