Kaitlyn Brown

Kaitlyn Brown is an accomplished Customer Success Director at HiBob, overseeing initiatives in Australia since May 2021, with previous roles including Head of Customer Success for the APJ region and Customer Success Team Lead. Prior to HiBob, Kaitlyn served as Customer Success Lead at JobAccelerator and held the position of Coach Community & Customer Support Director at Hudson, where responsibilities included operations management in talent management for the APAC region. Earlier experience includes roles such as Product Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Hudson, as well as Disability Support Worker at Centacare Brisbane. Kaitlyn's volunteer work at Amnesty International Australia and coaching experience at UQ Sport further reflect a commitment to support and empowerment. Educated with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from The University of Queensland, Kaitlyn also completed an exchange in Psychology at The University of Sheffield.
