Keren Kozar

Keren Kozar, SHRM-CP, serves as a Senior People & Culture Partner at HiBob since March 2023, bringing extensive experience from roles in various organizations. Prior to HiBob, Keren held several positions at January Digital from March 2019 to March 2023, including Senior Director, Head of Human Resources, as well as roles as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager. Keren's previous experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Sony Music Entertainment from July 2017 to March 2019, a Human Resources Manager at sweetgreen from August 2016 to July 2017, and a People Strategist at Chipotle Mexican Grill from March 2015 to August 2016. Keren also worked as an E-Commerce Project Manager at Acadaca and held positions at Dow Jones as a Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Specialist. Keren holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University.
