David Hickey

David Hickey is an experienced professional in government relations and legislative affairs, currently serving as the Managing Director at Hickey & Associates, LLC since April 2012. Prior roles include Director of Government Relations at the National Milk Producers Federation from May 2010 to April 2012, and Manager of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture from April 2009 to May 2010. David Hickey also held a legislative position in the U.S. Senate from May 2006 to February 2009 and worked as an Associate at Hickey & Associates from September 2004 to May 2006. Earlier experience includes an internship with the United States Senate in 2004 and a political staff role for a US Senate campaign in 2002. David Hickey holds a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University.
