Randy Fields

Randy Fields has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Randy began their career in the U.S. Army and served as a Military Police during Operation Desert Shield/Storm, earning numerous service awards and commendations. After leaving the military, Fields worked as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Tusculum College before transitioning to the private sector. Randy held roles as an Account Manager at Consolidated Products, Inc. and later became the Manager of Business Development at IDentiTRAK Technologies, a subsidiary of Consolidated Products, Inc. Fields then joined Terraine, Inc. as the Director of Sales before becoming a Client Development Consultant at Geosyntec Consultants. Randy then worked as a Peripheral Sales Representative at Boston Scientific before joining Sight11 Consulting as the Director of Business Development for a short period. Fields then held the position of Business Development Executive at Messer Construction Co. for six years. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at Hickory Construction, Inc.
