Peggy Mosnot

Peggy Mosnot is a seasoned business development and consulting professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Hickory Harvest Foods since August 2023, Peggy previously held a similar role at SmithFoods, Inc. from January 2021 to September 2023. As the Owner/Operator of MAC Consulting since August 2007, Peggy developed a unique business model focused on People, Process, and Technology to enhance operational success through effective employee assessment and strategic planning. Additionally, Peggy has entrepreneurial experience as the Developer and Operator of vacation rentals at The Cove @ Lake Milton, OH, and GypSea Yacht in Southport, NC, between January 2014 and December 2018. Prior to their consulting career, Peggy was the Customer Vice President and Director of Category Planning at Kraft Foods, overseeing a significant trade budget supporting large-scale sales. A graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Peggy also completed high school at St. Thomas Aquinas.
