Maggie Phillips

Maggie Phillips is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on fine dining and banquet services, currently serving as the AM sous chef at Hickory Hills Country Club since April 2017. Prior roles include Culinary Director at The Fremont Senior Living and a line cook at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc., where skills encompassed various cooking techniques such as sauté, fry, and broil. Maggie also has experience as a food expeditor at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and began the culinary journey as a cashier at McAlister's Deli. Education includes studies at Paul Mitchell (2013-2015), Ozarks Technical Community College (2011-2012), and a high school diploma from Bolivar High School (2007-2011).
