Edward Hunt

Edward re-joined InfraRed in 2013 in Sydney, Australia, having previously worked in InfraRed’s London office from 2008 to 2011.

In April 2019 Edward relocated to London to join the fund management team, and is now responsible for the day-to day management of HICL Infrastructure PLC, the LSE-listed core infrastructure fund managed by InfraRed.

While in Sydney, Edward assumed responsibility for the regional office and led InfraRed’s infrastructure origination and execution activities, focused on executing transportation, social and renewable energy projects in Australia and New Zealand. Edward also sat on the project boards of a number of successful investments in the region on behalf of the relevant InfraRed funds. Prior to this, Edward was a member of the InfraRed team looking after HICL Infrastructure in London. Edward has over 10 years of experience as an equity investor in the infrastructure market, in greenfield and brownfield sectors and across both core and energy infrastructure.

Edward has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, Australia.
