Dr. Amit Kumar Lal leads and oversees the strategic operations at HiCounselor as its Head of Business Operations (India). He also plays an integral role in Curriculum Development as well as the 6-week training program that HiCounselor is renowned for. With over a decade’s experience in management education and imparting knowledge at the UG, PG, and Doctoral levels, Dr. Amit has a huge fan following of over 70,000 students and professionals on different online platforms. He is the co-founder of Skillics Learning Solutions and had earlier worked with EQS (USA) as its Business Analyst. He holds a doctorate from Dr. B R Ambedkar NIT Jalandhar, India along with various certifications in Marketing & Data Analytics from the Wharton Business School, University of Maryland, and John Hopkins University. His published research works can be found in the Scopus Indexed Journal and ABDC category journals of high repute.
